Yes — Petit Sins ships worldwide 🤍

No matter where you live, a sweet envelope can find its way to you.
Postage is included in your subscription price.
Please note that delivery times vary depending on your country. Any customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you don’t see your country available at checkout, please contact me — I’ll be happy to look into it.
✨ Will I receive a shipping notification?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation on the day your envelope is mailed.
Because Petit Sins is sent as a stamped letter (to keep it affordable and simple), tracking is not available.
✨ When do you ship the letters?
All Petit Sins envelopes are mailed on the last working day of each month.
Estimated delivery times:
• Belgium: 3–8 business days
• Europe: 1–3 weeks
• International (outside Europe): 2–6 weeks
Petit Sins embraces the beauty of slow mail — a little anticipation each month 🤍

But if your letter feels unusually delayed, please reach out.
✨ When will my first envelope arrive?
Subscriptions close on the 20th of each month.
If you subscribe on or before the 20th, your first envelope will ship at the end of that same month.
If you subscribe after the 20th, your subscription will begin with the following month’s edition (which ships at the end of the next month).
Example:
If you subscribe on March 28th, your first envelope will be the May edition (shipping at the end of April).
✨ Can I track my envelope?
No — envelopes are sent using standard stamped mail to keep the subscription accessible and affordable.
Once the envelope leaves my hands, delivery is managed by the postal service. Unfortunately, tracking numbers are not available.
✨ Can I cancel, pause, or skip?
Yes — your subscription is flexible.
You can:
• Cancel
• Pause
• Update payment details
• Change language
All through your customer portal.

Important:
Changes, cancellations, or pauses must be requested before the 20th of the month. After that date, preparation and printing may have already started.
✨ What if I need to change my address?
You can update your address through your customer portal at any time.
However, to ensure your next letter is sent correctly, please make any address changes before the 20th of the month.

✨ Can I send Petit Sins as a gift?
Yes — and it makes a beautiful gift 🤍
Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout.
For 3- and 6-month plans, the subscription will automatically end after the selected period (no renewal).
If you'd like to include a personal note, feel free to email me after purchase.
✨ Can I return or exchange my envelope?
Due to the nature of Petit Sins (printed letters prepared individually and shipped directly to your mailbox), returns and exchanges are not available.
If there’s ever an issue with your order, please contact me — I’ll always try to help.
✨ Is Petit Sins refundable?
Because Petit Sins is a printed subscription prepared individually and mailed directly to your personal address, refunds are not available once an envelope has been shipped.
For 3- and 6-month plans, refunds are not possible after the first envelope has been mailed..
